How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, follow the below steps: - 

1. Sign in to the RocketFuel shopper portal 

1. Go to the Purchases menu 

1. Expand the transaction detail by clicking on the ‘+’ icon 

1. Click on Refund and follow the on-screen instructions to raise a refund request
