How do I check my refund request status?

To check the status of your refund request, follow the below steps: - 

1. Sign in to the RocketFuel shopper portal 

1. Go to the Purchases menu 

1. Scroll down to the Refunds table 

There you will see the status of your refund request. 

Refund requested means your refund request has been raised. 

Refund in progress means the merchant has approved your refund request, and the amount will soon be transferred to you. 

Refund completed means you have received the refund amount 

Refund completed partially means merchant declined the request of any one item out of n items your raised request for. 

Refund declined means the merchant has declined your refund request.
